General Information

      "Derigny16" offers fifteen en-suite rooms over three floors (five on each floor), that share a common kitchen per floor.         Sizes of the rooms vary from 16 to 27 sqm, with some rooms benefiting from separate entrance halls or an attic                   (accommodation over two levels).

       Each room is en-suite (including wc and shower), has air-conditioning/heating, towel railing, a double bed (140x200),           bedside tables, a wardrobe, bookshelves and desk with a chair.

​

       Each room benefits from its own exclusive use of a fridge in the kitchen area (one kitchen per floor), while the kitchen         is fully equipped with the availability of a dining table.

​

       Finally, all rooms benefit from access to the roof terrace area- an area to read or simply relax and enjoy the Athens               sunshine (on average >300 days). 

       

        Availability of a laundry room on the ground floor with slot-machines (washing-machine and a dryer).
